Good to know

Critical fault

A core function is down, for example the site, the sign-in or the payments. The time counts within support hours, weekdays 08–17.

Development hours

New functionality, new pages, changed design or flows, and cases over 15 minutes. Unused hours carry over for one month.

Extra hours and notice

Hours beyond the agreement are charged at the agreement’s hourly rate. The agreement runs until further notice with 3 months’ notice.

Questions and answers about fixed prices

During the campaign, Website Basic costs SEK 17,500, Website Medium SEK 25,000 and Website Large SEK 30,000, all excluding VAT. That is 20% below the regular price. The price is fixed, so you know what it costs before we start.

Terms

Campaign terms

  • All prices exclude VAT.
  • The regular price is 25% higher than the campaign price.
  • The campaign price applies to agreements signed during the campaign period.
  • Websites and My Pages are paid 40% at the start, 30% on approved design and 30% at launch.
  • We create tailored copy, image selection and icons for your website. On-site photography is quoted separately.
  • Hosting and operations are not included and are invoiced monthly.
